All prices listed on the Sites are subject to change. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

Notice: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.

Notice: Shipping costs are based on actual weight and ship zone, therefore, your shipping charges are unknown until the order is processed.

Returns & Exchanges

Please contact us at 800-536-8893 to arrange an exchange or return.
  • There are no cash refunds.
  • Return must include a copy of the invoice.

  • If you have a problem or discrepancy with an order, you must contact our customer service department at 1-800-536-8893 (M-F 9am-4pm CST) within 5 business days of receipt of the order and request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
  • Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA shown on the outside of the package being returned.
  • All items being returned must be returned within 5 business days of receipt of the RMA number.
  • There are no cash refunds. Defective merchandise may be exchanged for good merchandise of equal value only. Other items may be exchanged for same-item only. Exchanged items must be in "as-new" condition (not worn or washed), in original packaging.
  • Up to 20% re-stocking fee may be applied.
  • Customers are responsible for all freight charges on returns and exchanges.
